  ※ Contribution standard

  • - Quantity of rating by the end of March 2014 : Cattle 3,000 won / head, Pig 300 won / head
  • - Quantity of rating starting from April 2014 grade: Cattle 1,000 won / head, Pig 100 won / head
• Contribution of non-slaughtering manager
• Other income including operating profit of restructuring funds

Use of restructuring funds

• Support for closed slaughterhouses
• Businesses deemed necessary by the council in relation to the slaughterhouse restructuring project

Those who can not apply for restructuring funds

• Slaughterhouse managers who have not been slaughtered for six months prior to the announcement of the "Butchery Restructuring Act"
• Slaughterhouse manager who does not join council or does not pay contribution
• Slaughterhouse manager under the "Civil Execution Act" under the auction procedure
• The slaughterhouse manager who has been compensated according to the "Act on Acquisition and Compensation of Land, Etc. for Public Service Projects" due to the implementation of public service projects such as land development (including compensation for the closing due to workplace relocation)
• In case of applying for restructuring fund without resuming business after acquisition of the slaughterhouse through auction, the slaughterhouse manager who has not passed three months from the date of succession

Procedure for restructuring fund application

1. ① Submit business closure report form to the permission office (Si, Do) (slaughterhouse manager)
2. ② Submit slaughterhouse restructuring fund payment application to council (slaughterhouse manager)
   ※ Attached copy of permit, copy of business closure report, financial statements (financial statement, income statement, etc.) for recent 3 years
3. ③ Confirmation of acceptance of business closure report and board deliberation (council)
4. ④ Decision of amount of payment according to slaughterhouse restructuring fund payment standard (council)

Slaughtering record: Slaughtering record for the past three years from the date of promulgation of the "Butchery Restructuring Act"

Reasonable Profit: Average of reasonable profit for the last 3 years (asset base × rate of return)

Payment grade table

Note ) 1. The Council shall determine the specific amount of each grade by consideration of the slaughterhouse restructuring funding achievement, etc. through board deliberation after approval by the Minister of Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Livestock
2. If the Council is unable to pay the amount corresponding to the payment level, for example, by requesting payment by many slaughterhouse managers, the amount of the payment will be adjusted through deliberation by the board of directors.

2. Regulation application : Article 9 (Restructuring fund standard by payment grade) of "Butchery government and council have been contributed 50% of fund respectively.
3. Incentives : All incentives have been paid by council contributions to promote restructuring during the last three years (2013-2015)
