Education target and education time

  1. 1. Target of new education (6h)
    • - Person who begins livestock product sales
    • - Person who began livestock product sales but did not take the sanitary education
    • - Person who succeeded the position (inherited or acquired a company)
    • - A new sanitary control manager in case an employee who took the education for the representative moved away or quit (change instructor)
  2. 2. Seller in administrative measure (Article 27 and 28 of LIVESTOCK PRODUCTS SANITARY CONTROL ACT): 4 hours within 6 months from the administrative measure
  3. 3. Target of refresher education (3h)
    • - Existing seller
    • - Taking refresher education for existing sellers every year after starting the livestock product sales

※ The livestock product sanitary education is at seller’s (employee responsible for inspection) expense and the seller oneself should attend the education basically (no replacement))but can delegate to sanitary control manager in the following cases.

  • In case of the corporate
  • Individual seller running livestock product sales at 2 or more places
  • In case that the representative is not engaged in sales

In this case, the education attender should prepare documentary evidence like a power of attorney.
