Education target

1. 1. Person who want to receive certification of safety control certified workplace, safety control certified business and safety control certified farm

- Workplace, business: at least 4 hours of education for seller (representative) and at least 24 hours for employees

Note

The seller of livestock processing business, meat packing and processing business, livestock product storage business, livestock product transporting business, livestock product selling business and instantly-available meat selling and process business operating without employees should take education for employees and in this case the seller does not have to take the education for sellers

- Farm: Farmer (representative) should take at least 4 hour education

2. Person who received certification of safety control certified workplace, safety control certified business and safety control certified farm

- Regular education: at least 4 hours, once a year (based on the day of certification)

Note

  • In case there is not violation of Livestock Product Sanitary Control Act after receiving the regular education for 2 years, it is not necessary to receive the regular education for next one year.
  • In case of delegating an employee responsible for HACCAP management for the seller, the employee can receive the regular education
  • The sanitary education for sellers is not necessary in the year of receiving the regular education (in case the seller received the regular education)
